RANI WEAR primarily offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders.
Customers may be required to provide a valid phone number and delivery address when placing an order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - OPEN PARCEL FACILITY

RANI WEAR provides an Open Parcel Facility on eligible Cash on Delivery orders.
Customers may open and inspect the parcel before making payment, subject to the applicable courier's procedures and limitations.
Customers should check the product, size, color and visible condition of the item before accepting the parcel.
If an issue is identified during the open-parcel inspection, please contact RANI WEAR customer support for assistance.
The Open Parcel Facility does not change or replace the terms of our Return & Exchange Policy.

All product prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you place the order, subject to any obvious pricing or technical errors.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery according to the applicable delivery arrangements.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery times are estimates and may not always be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RANI WEAR offers a 7-day return and exchange period for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
For eligible returns and exchanges, RANI WEAR will cover the applicable return courier charges.
Refunds for eligible Cash on Delivery orders may be processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, subject to the information required to process the refund.
